Important questions we are often asked – answered clearly and concisely:

• Does the Parkclub close for holidays?No, you can play with us all year round.
• Can I book squash or badminton courts online?Yes. Click “Book a court online”, register in a few seconds and book your court straight away.
• Can I also pay for the court online?No. Online booking is available, but payment is made on site by cash or card, or via Urban Sports Club / Wellpass / Wellhub check-in.
• What is the cancellation policy?Please cancel your court in good time, no later than 24 hours before your booking begins. You can do this online. Otherwise, the full court fee will be charged to your account.
• Why do I need to provide an IBAN when registering?If you do not cancel your court in time, the full court fee must be charged to your account out of fairness to other players.
• Can I pay by card?Yes, we accept debit cards, Visa and Mastercard.
• Is equipment available to rent for squash and badminton?Yes, for a small fee.
• Does the Parkclub accept Urban Sports Club, Wellpass and Wellhub?Yes, all three memberships can be used with us.
• How does payment with Urban Sports Club, Wellpass or Wellhub work?Each successful check-in covers 30 minutes of your squash or badminton court time. Any additional playing time must be paid for on site. With check-ins from two players, a full hour is covered at no extra charge!
• How many Urban Sports Club, Wellpass or Wellhub check-ins are possible per day at the Parkclub?Exactly one check-in per day.
• Is the sauna free after I have exercised?Yes.
• Can I use the sauna without playing sport?Yes. Simply register at reception (€10 per visit).
• Do you show live sporting events in the restaurant?Yes. Alongside Bundesliga and Champions League matches, we also show other sporting events.
• Can I reserve a restaurant table online?No, but you can reserve by phone on 089 322 242 24.
• Until what time can I order food in the restaurant?Until 22:30 from Monday to Friday, and until 21:30 on weekends and public holidays. The kitchen then closes, while the bar remains open.
• Can I hold an event at the Parkclub?Yes. We host birthdays, company events and more. Please contact us by phone or email for details.
• Can I book a regular court slot at the Parkclub?Yes. Subject to availability, we offer recurring bookings for the full year. Please contact us by phone or email if you are interested.
• Can I reserve regular courts or rent half or all of the hall?Yes. In addition to recurring private court bookings, half or all of the hall can be rented subject to availability. Please contact us by phone or email.
